All sessions are final. No refunds will be given of any kind.
Your appointments are very important to Cynthia Gonzalez. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellation will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Cynthia Gonzalez.
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
There is a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call to let us know. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services with Cynthia Gonzalez.
Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or rescheduled, Cynthia Gonzalez reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the scheduled service.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that will require you to reply. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understnd that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment, and/or a cancellation fee.
It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
